For ages 10 to 25, with a variety of session lengths available. To find out more please visit the iLead page.

iLead Money

iLead Money  provides young people 12 to 25  the opportunity to develop their knowledge around managing their money. Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques, which brings more oxygen to the body and the brain and will leave you feeling happier and more energetic. Each session offers different activities and is for everyone no matter their confidence levels. In order to get scientifically-proven health benefits of laughter, we need to laugh continuously for at least for 10 to 15 minutes each day! The Laughter part is only 10 to 15 minutes but sessions can be 30-60 minutes, which allows time for everyone to talk and connect with each other, before and after the Laughter. For ages 10 to 25.
