Kitbag is a set of resources to help develop people’s inner capacity for mindfulness, calm, resilience, compassion, relationships, reflection and so on – as individuals, in families, groups, teams and organisations.
In this introductory workshop you will learn ways to use Kitbag. It will help you open up safe spaces through the resources Kitbag provides, without professional help. Kitbag will help you create a space to become calm, share feelings and grow quality relationships.
Designed with psychologists and therapists Kitbag creates a psychologically safe space. This enables those who use it to share experiences and emotions in a meaningful way. The result is a de-escalation of tense, difficult situations, more trust and confidence in those who use it and better understanding between them.
Kitbag is a multi-sensory resource: its physicality helps people feel grounded and safe. The main elements are there to become calm, help share feelings, encourage reflection, open up dialogue, grow mutual understanding and inspire hope.
