About Elspeth
A native Aussie with Irish heritage, Elspeth came to join Youth Scotland as the Senior Development Worker for Awards Growth in June 2022. She comes with over 15 years experience of working with children, young people and volunteers within education and third sector organisations. From her involvement in children’s choirs to music and dance festivals, workshops and running large-scale events, Elspeth has a passion for helping children and young people believe in themselves and their talents. When she has spare time, Elspeth loves making memories with her daughter, running events for her school’s parent council, exploring this beautiful world through travel, as well as trying to improve her piano and tap dancing skills!
