You are automatically registered for advice when you become a Youth Scotland member, however only authorised contacts from your Member Group will be able to contact WorkNest for advice.

Youth Scotland members benefit from two free telephone consultations (maximum time 30 minutes) with WorkNest’s legal team, who specialise purely in Employment Law. You just need to let WorkNest know where you’re calling from, and that you’re a current member of Youth Scotland. They’ll check your name against a database, and then put you right through to one of their highly qualified employment lawyers.

The partnership we have with WorkNest is extensive, but there are times when more support is needed. Don’t go to a pay as you go law firm and run up a bill: WorkNest offer annual contracts at fixed, all-inclusive annual fees. Plus, Youth Scotland members who wish to upgrade to the full LAW service are entitled to substantial discounts.
