- 35 hours per week (applications from applicants looking to work part-time as part of a job-share will also be considered)
- Initial fixed-term contract for 2 years
- Salary Scale: £29,471 – £34,159
- Home-based in Dumfries and Galloway, with co-working office spaces available in Wigtown and Dumfries
Youth Scotland, Scotland’s national charity for the support and delivery of community-based youth work, would love you to come and join our dynamic team!
We are looking for motivated worker/s who are passionate about engaging young people and supporting the development of youth groups and young people in Dumfries and Galloway.
Youth Scotland supports over 2,000 youth groups across the country, which provide youth work opportunities for over 97,000 young people. These young people are supported by over 10,700 youth workers and volunteers.
This post will be home–based in Dumfries and Galloway with co-working office spaces available in Wigtown and Dumfries. There is an expectation of close partnership working with Dumfries and Galloway Council’s Youth Work Service, regular travel across Dumfries and Galloway and, on occasion, to Youth Scotland head office in Edinburgh.
