Senior Development Worker (Young Islanders Network)

Full-time 35 hours/week
Initial contract to 31st March 2026, with continuation subject to funding. It is anticipated that support for the YIN will continue as part of a new National Islands Plan.
Salary Scale: Pt 35 to 37, £36,971 to £38,999
This post will be home-based on the Scottish islands with an expectation of travel between islands and, on occasion, to Youth Scotland’s head office in Edinburgh.

The Young Islanders Network provides opportunities for young people in Scotland’s island communities to share their experiences, have their voices heard, shape decision-making about issues that impact their lives and ensure that the National Islands Plan fully considers their interests and priorities.
