About Joanne
From rural South Lanarkshire, Joanne grew up heavily involved with the Scottish Association of Young Farmers with local club, Carluke. After graduating from Glasgow School of Art in 2021, Joanne moved up to the Isle of Benbecula, Uist, throwing herself into island life and it’s strong community. A qualified highland dance teacher with the BATD, Joanne also started dance classes in North Uist. Although most of the time she’s now the teacher, she also just came back from preforming at the Royal Nova Scotia Tattoo.
