About Elo
Elo joined the Youth Scotland team as CashBack Senior Development Worker in December 2021. Her background is in designing, managing and delivering youth programmes. Most recently she worked with a youth organisation in Glasgow, running a programme for asylum seekers and refugees. Prior to that she co-founded and ran a London based charity that uses the arts to support care leavers to build confidence, improve their wellbeing and expand their social network. Outside of work, Elo loves to travel, get out into nature, sample delicious food, and make a mess with paint!
