Engaging Gen Y (Volunteering S.A. Inc.)
This resource was useful as it addressed relevant topics and looks at both the organisation’s needs and those of the volunteer. It could also be used to run a workshop, using the suggested activities. Obviously as this is an Australian resource, the references to qualifications/legislation are not relevant – it might be useful to add in relevant references for Scotland/UK, if anyone had time to do this.
