Involvement Training - Tutor Training

Tutor Training is worker training for both paid and voluntary roles, where young people are involved in the decision making, volunteering and taking the lead within the organisation or want to become more involved.  Tutor Training is the first step for workers to become skilled to deliver Stage 1 of the involvement training programme locally and support young people through Stage 2 at Residential with Youth Scotland and then to mentor/support young people to complete their chosen Stage 3 Activity/Idea in their local communities.

Tutor Training includes:

  • a copy of the IT Kit resource pack which includes:
  • a CD Rom of IT Kit Handouts
  • Bored Meetings Resource Pack
  • Keep It Real Resource Pack

Tutor Training Costs:

  • £50 per worker for Youth Scotland member groups
  • £75 per worker for non-member groups

Youth Scotland member groups receive two free worker places at tutor training when they first register and pay the deposit.
