Take Life On online resource

Did you know that just 60 minutes of physical activity each day can help young people become happier, healthier adults?
The Scottish Government's Take Life On campaign includes a website full of ideas for healthy snacks for kids, and activitiy ideas for indoors and outdoors. This online resource also includes tips on healthy living to help young people improve their diet and level of physical activity.
