Young Scot Arts Action Fund
Have you heard about the Young Scot Arts Action Fund? Supported by the Scottish Arts Council, it’s a pot of money available to young people to encourage them to follow their artistic dreams and make the most of their creative talent.
The Arts Action Fund (www.youngscot.org/arts) is for young people aged 11 – 26 years old. The funding could be used by a young band struggling to afford a demo, a fashion student dreaming of starting their own clothing line, a young artist who needs extra materials or a group of youngsters who need money to promote an event they have organised. Successful individuals can be granted up to £200, whilst groups can gain up to £750.
