National Anti-Bullying Week takes place across the UK and Ireland from 14th -18th November 2011. To mark the occasion, respectme, Scotland’s Anti-Bullying Service and Youth Scotland want to encourage and support anti-bullying campaigning at a local level.
Youth Scotland affiliated groups are being offered the opportunity to apply for funding of up to £1,000 to develop anti-bullying themed events and activities.
Whether your youth group has a passion for music, drama, video production or art, we want you to be as creative as possible. You might want to record a song, develop a play or produce a mural; the brief is fairly open, but we want you to come up with ideas to communicate the anti-bullying messages that you think people need to hear.
The deadline for application is 1st September 2011.
